A new year – a reminder of challenges

Home » A new year – a reminder of challenges

On the last day of 2018 our daughter had a migraine episode and just when she was recovering on the first day of 2019, she had another episode.

This is a healthy reminder of why we decided to start this project and try to find correlation between migraine episodes and possible causes.  As always, we as parents speculate on what could be possible causes – and in this case there can be so many of them.

Christmas and the new year brings a lot of irregularities in both food and sleep and in many cases stress and anxiety.  As the project is now starting we will be logging down as much data as we can think of, both manual logging (food and health diary) and automatic logging (FitBit watch and more).

As the development progresses, we will blog about it and show the development on WellnessBI.

  1. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get that
“perfect balance” between usability and appearance.
I must say you’ve done a awesome job with this.
Also, the blog loads very quick for me on Chrome. Outstanding Blog!
Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re
utilizing? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely
different web browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot
quicker then most. Can you suggest a good web hosting provider
at a fair price? Thanks, I appreciate it! I’ve been browsing online more
than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will
be a lot more useful than ever before. http://foxnews.org

    1. Hi

Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad you find the blog being fast to load. I decided on A2 Hosting (www.a2hosting.com). I’ve used BlueHost before, but sadly I have had performance problems with my sites hosted there. I’m actually using a Windows Hosting plan (https://www.a2hosting.com/windows-hosting/core) since my main site is running on ASP.NET Core. I am using WordPress for my Blog site (subdomain) with an Astra Pro template. I’m using the Turbo plan for various reasons, but I did a fair amount of research after my performance issues with BlueHost and found that A2 received good reviews, especially performance wise. I’m pretty certain that the Lite and Swift packages will perform well – at least they offer a money back guarantee.
